Irrigation Technician 

An Irrigation Technician is classified under our irrigation crew and held responsible for maintaining and repairing existing irrigation systems to ensure adequate moisture for plantings. Maldonado Brothers is looking for a team member that is willing to perform the following duties:

• Inspecting: Checking irrigation systems

• Adjusting: Adjusting controllers, automatic and manual valves, and sprinkler heads

• Maintaining: Setting up preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring proper care for equipment and supplies

• Testing: Testing systems for potential issues

• Programming: Understanding and programming automated controllers and sensors

• Installing and repairing: valves, sprinklers ie. pop ups, nozzles, risers

• Ability to work 8 hour days 5 days a week 

• Ability to speak English & Spanish

Preferred Experience:   

• 1-2 years experience
