Salesman 

A salesman is a stand alone position that is responsible for meeting and discussing the needs of all clientele. They are the first person to represent our team when meeting new customers. Maldonado Brothers is looking for a team member that is willing to perform the following duties:

• Knowledge: Obtains accurate knowledge on tree service procedures and general tree health information 

• Promote Sales: Ability to connect with clients to produce sales pitches, generate leads, meet sales goals and negotiate contracts with clients

• Communication: Can effectively communicate client needs to the crew members in order to deliver required work effectively 

• Can represent the company in a way that is professional while maintaining a positive attitude with each job from start to finish 

• Ability to work 8 hour days, 5 days a week 

• Ability to speak English & Spanish
